Hjärnblödning spädbarn från AV Fistula

Please let me know active who've experienced this and how it went for you. Bad stories like good ones:/

My son is now after a few days under respirator and under convalescence in BIVA.

He had -when he was born (detected the next day) - a big internal bleeding that pushed out the frontal (cognitive) left lobe squeezed (not apparent) to to right (motor) frontal lobe.

This Internal bleeding was caused by an AV Fistula using a low blood pressure vein in the brain.

This was glued/repaired via probe/CT rongen.

As of now we only know that the baby has a brain plasticity to recuperate, and to compensate what's missing. However there will be deficiency and how much?

May be epilepsy, may be cramps also.

There's now 2 folds to this which is concerning:

1/ how's the baby will recuperate?

2/ how will we be able to have"normal"parent life?

Son was born all ok with induced delivery that went all ok v39+2

Weight 4.2kg

Cramped indicating the internal bleeding detected the next day after the birth.
