"The explosion sound did not come from the jet. It was the explosive sound of the device ejected by the jet that detonated. It was close by. The jet was at a low altitude directly overhead. If you carefully watch you can see the device explode then hear the sound. Even though it was close the sound took a fraction of a second to be picked up by the camcorder. I agree, explosive sounds near by are not only irritating but concerning also."
