Som ni tydligen kan se så är ovanstående moln HAARP:ade, och mig veterligen fanns inte HAARP-installationerna exempelvis på 1800-talet...

"My dad was a crew chief on the KC-135R. I used to go hang out at the base with him growing up. As a teenager, I learned a lot about the airplane and spent plenty of time crawling around inside all of it, helping my dad fix things and just hanging out. That plane holds about 300,000-ish pounds (if memory serves, you might look it up) of fuel. There are I think 2 or 3 tanks in the fuselage and more in the wings. And if there was any plane suitable for such a mission, this one is it! I imagine it wouldn't be too hard to put something other than fuel in at least a couple of the tanks and route piping to spray nozzles near the engines or wind tips. These planes hold more liquid than any other plane we have I believe. So I can't prove the equipment is on the plane cause I never found any, but I can tell you, jet engines don't leave trails like that at any altitude. They can leave a condensation trail, but it doesn't linger in the sky all day long like this stuff does."
