Impurities in Pre NAN

Hej allihopa!

I'm new on familjeliv n my Swedish isn't that good.. Though I can speak n understand somewhat. My concern is that I needed advice n want to make you all aware on the Nestle Pre Nan which I was using for my premature baby. He was born 2 months early n is still under hemsjukvård. The can we used had a wood like foreign particle when I prepared the formula. Initially we thought may be its something wrong with the sterilized bottle or water but then we carefully went through whole of the can n found some more impurities. I have the pictures as well. I have made complaints to Nestle but obviously no replies on the weekend. I have lost all my trust on quality of Nestle products. Can somebody guide what shall I do n if there are more Formulas to choose from?
