Delegering inom vården?

Lite lustigt att läsa om hur ni gör i Sverige. Här i USA så ska man aldrig gå utanför sin sk scope of practice

Det kan innebära stora legala problem om man gör det. Och vägrar man att utföra sina uppgifter INOM sin scope of practice så blir man avskedad eftersom de allra flesta jobb är at will. Finns inget vägra här. 
Om man inte är bekväm med något så övar man på det tills man blir det.
